When packages are checked in and labeled, notifications are automatically sent via app, text, and email. Residents are continually updated throughout the journey and pictures are attached along the way.
When residents are registered, they provide and verify their email address and cell phone. Our software has the ability to directly communicate with everyone by text, email, and through our resident application. Notifications are sent to update package information, visitor screening, resident status, key tracking, and general site communication.
Just like with package handling, keys are tracked and logged with notifications being sent to the resident. We provide the resident with information about when the keys were used, by whom, and a picture of the individual taking the key.
One of the most significant challenges we deal with are contractors, insurance requirements, and the liabilities associated with repairs. Our software logs everyone in as part of the visitor screening process. Contractors are also able to download and create a profile where the proper documentation for site access should be contained and updated.
